DeFi Dungeons, a fantasy idle RPG powered by the Solana blockchain, has unveiled the tokenomics for its core token, $GOLD. The token is set to launch on March 19 at 5 p.m. UTC, with a total supply of 1 billion tokens. The majority of this supply, approximately 77.5%, will be allocated for reward distribution through various in-game mechanics, including dungeons, raids, and quests.

The tokenomics breakdown indicates that 10% of the total supply is reserved for a vault, 7.5% for liquidity and reserves, and 5% for marketing initiatives. Upon launch, the circulating supply will be 12.5%, resulting in an initial market cap of $3.75 million. Notably, there will be no team allocation or insider tokens, as confirmed by the development team on their official Discord channel.

The Token Generation Event (TGE) will utilize Meteora’s Alpha Vault technology, which aims to facilitate a fair launch by preventing bot interference. Participants will have a 24-hour window to deposit $SOL in exchange for $GOLD at a capped price of $0.03. The vault will open on March 19 and close on March 20, after which trading for $GOLD is expected to commence.

In total, 100 million $GOLD tokens have been allocated to the vault, representing 10% of the overall supply. While there is a deposit cap of $3 million, this limit can be exceeded. If total deposits surpass this cap, a pro-rata distribution system will be employed, allowing participants to claim tokens based on their contribution relative to the total deposits.

For example, if a participant deposits $50,000 out of a total of $5 million, they would receive 1% of the allocated tokens, translating to $30,000 worth of $GOLD tokens, with the remaining deposit refunded.

DeFi Dungeons has not yet made the game playable, but it is anticipated to launch shortly after the TGE. Interested parties are encouraged to join the official Discord server for updates and information on participating in the launch.
